The juvenile client was arrested for rape. After working on the matter, all charges dismissed.

Rape

The client was arrested for suspicion of rape. He retained Gibbons, Gibbons, and Gibbons in order to keep the case from being filed. Marc Gibbons had the DA obtain video from the hotel where the alleged rape occurred before the video could be erased. The DA was able to view the video. Also, Attorney Gibbons was able to present facts that the DA was unaware of at the time. The case was never filed and the client never had to go to court.

Refusal

Client was charged with a refusal and can be heard on video saying that she would refuse to take a chemical test after the chemical test admonition was read in its entirety.

Failure to Register as Sex Offender

Client charged with three separate counts of failure to register as a sex offender– case was dismissed.
